Gary, you were the highlight of my Oct. 2019 trip home. I feel honored that you not only invited me into your home, but cooked some Turner Soul food that we grew up on. Ham hocks, beans and cornbread and a few days later homemade chili. You were proud to honor your mom’s cooking and talk about times spent with her in the kitchen. You were so proud of her and she of you. I wish I could have been there for some of your Thanksgiving dinners. I’ve heard they were tremendous also. Especially the stuffing. Time with you took me back to times I spent with your Dad. You are your father’s son. May you be at peace with your mom, dad and Terry. Love you forever. Always in my heart. Aunt Sally
